This test uses
ultrasound to evaluate the arteries on each side of your
neck leading to your head. During the test you will lie
flat on your back while a small probe with a clear gel
on its surface is moved up each side of you neck from
the collar bone up to just below your ear.

approximately 30 minutes to complete.
